Certainly! once your ideal candidate profile is defined, we offer you two choices. We can take on the responsibility of pinpointing the ideal match for your company through screening and interviewing OR you can use our service called "Hire my rep" whereby we provide you with talented salespeople to carry out the duties required by your company. Our commitment is to streamline your selection that aligns with your expectations.
Whiles working within your established paraments, our objective is to provide you with valuable suggestions and recommendations based on our findings to enhance and optimize your team. We offer assessments, training, long term coaching, evaluation of CRM's, sales methodologies, custom playbooks etc. We strive to collaborate seamlessly with your existing framework to achieve maximum success together.
Our programs are customized to align with your specific requirements and goals. Our goal is that our training or coaching provides support to optimize performance and gain results through the sales cycle. We focus on the entire sales cycle which includes: prospecting, qualifying, presentations, closing, objection handling, negotiating, understanding the ideal customer, product knowledge, market positioning, sales methodologies, post sales consulting and follow ups.
Our initial contract is 90 days where we begin with an assessment and evaluation. Once we have decided our program is a mutual fit, we can discuss terms to sign a month to month retainer contract. Note that some services are one time.
